Weekly Meal Plan Subscription and Nutrition Consulting Services

Private Nutrition consulting WIth Meal Planning

In person or virtual meetings established to meet your personal goals.

Here is an example of what our first month together may look like:

1. At initial commitment I will send you a client information form to complete and a food list and have you highlight foods you will eat or would try. We will also discuss any food sensitivities and allergies you may have or may think you have so we can address these and help your body to feel it’s best on this journey.

2. First meeting (the week after commitment) - I will have your sample meal plan ready for the week ahead. We will go over it and I will talk with you about your weekly schedule and how you can meal prep to stay on track with ease.

3. Second meeting - Check-in and talk about how your first week went. Go over your materials and a plan for the week ahead. Topic of discussion: Why are the foods we choose as fuel important? How can we combat emotional eating and triggers?

4. Third meeting - Check-in and talk about how your second week went. Go over your materials and a plan for the week ahead. Topic of discussion: What does God say about our bodies? The mental and spiritual battle with food.

5. Fourth meeting - Check-in and talk about how your third week went. Go over your materials and plan for the week ahead. Discuss tracking how certain foods make you feel to make sure there are no sensitivities. Make a plan for month two by celebrating wins, addressing struggles and setting new goals.

1 Hour One-On-One Nutrition Consult

A one-hour consult to help you establish goals based on your personal nutritional needs and long term health goals. During this meeting we will discuss personal goals, food allergies and sensitivities, personal road-blocks on your health journey, sleep and scheduling. Based on your personal goals and where you are currently I will establish the macronutrient recommendations for you to reach your personal goals, along with portion amounts and sizes, and food lists for you to follow when you leave. My goal is for you to leave this meeting with knowledge about what you can do on a nutritional level to help you reach your personal fitness goals.

Personal Training & Group Fitness

Private 1:1, 2:1, 3:1 and 4:1 Options

Personal training sessions will start in September 2023, stay tuned for more info. Please contact me if you are interested because spots will be limited.

Cost is $80 per one hour session. For a 4:1 session it would be $20 per person. A 12 week 2x per week commitment will be required.
