Turkey Sausage with Roasted Veggies

When we have busy days and nights (um, everyday now) I need a super quick, healthy meal to save the day!! This meal was a winner and done in less than 30 minutes!

What you need:
✔Italian Turkey Sausage
✔1/2 bag of fresh brussel sprouts cut in half...
✔1 sweet potato cubed
✔Olive oil
✔Himalayan salt
.
What you do:
➡Preheat oven to 375
➡Coat veggies in olive oil and salt
➡Bake for 25 minutes
➡While baking, saute the sausage, then cut and throw in with the veggies for final 5 minutes
➡Serve and enjoy!
